so today, went to look at laptops YET AGAIN - its just getting annoying now: looking but not acquiring. when i could. i got the money (most of it) and dad's surpose to buy the rest. but he still wont budge. quite frankly im up to the point where i dont care that his not feeling well -

we were going to get one, then he got sick >_> that i dont blame. but now hes just being a bitch aabout it. he can full yell at me and shit, then when someone calls him - he'll speak to them like hes dying ARGHHHH. its getting annoying. one second he'lll talk like buying a laptop like hinting asking "what about this model, or this one" etc etc then next second. or when i ask about it again he'll be like yelling "why do you want one? you dont need it etc"

O-Week has finally come upon those who chose to venture into the life of university. a week of pointless wandering around the campus, and wasting time and effort - getting up (early) to catch a bus to wherever.
Well, today, the buss came LATE! (surprise surprise - stupid public transport) and we got to swanston street around 9.50 - hmmm and we are surpose to meet at like 10. saw kathy, tamara, steph ims, gracia and cindy on the buss; and we pretty much all sat together.
so finally i get to melbourne uni, and get to the "lawn" infront of the old eng building ....

ITS COMPLETELY COVERED IN PEOPLE - males XD hmmm - ok i expected the males, but man it was like 1 in 100 people i saw was female- scary. so unsurprisingly couldn't find my host guy. walked around for abit, and could just feel people staring at me - it was weird. ended up sms-ing my person, who called me back. and told me to put up my hand (yes i did it, and yes it was embrassing) and hes like "look to your left" - and there, towering over people =.=" stood the guy. i SWEAR i walked past that exact place like two seconds ago too. anyways. i get there. and the guys are so freaken tall >_> liek tim robinson tall - so scary (well not really, it was weird) anyways. got my name tag. and luckily there was ONE girl in my group - phew. we like pretty much stayed together through the whole tower. the guys in the group all became "mates" in like two seconds, while we just watched and was like wtf. it was so awkward for both of us, being with ALL the guys. it was like a group of like 16 people, with 2 girls. hmmm
well pretty much walked around teh campus, walking into buildings, whilst they showed us where computer labs were, where most of our lectures would be, "secret"/new lounges were, and yeh. probably the funniest thing that happened all day, was when our host people decided they wanted to see if we would ALL overload a lift. lets say - the lift was like 1metre-ish wide and like 2-3m deep = SMALLL and had a 1000kg load - and considering most of the guys were like 6' and looked sporty - hmmm. so we all had to cramp in - NO MORE PERSONAL BUBBLE. it so was awkward. just imagine it, 16 people, getting into a TINY lift. not surprisingly the lift like "buckled" under the weight, and something started to beep; and everyones like "OKKKKKKK" and people started to jump out. XD it was so weird. but funny. THEN cause our host guy thought it'd be fun to make us walk UP 3 levels worth of stairs to the TOP level of the stupid building - we did it =.= then he expected us to walk back then. me, johanna, and miko(she randomly joined our group) and two other guys were like screw it, and took teh same lift we decided to overload back down to the ground floor :)

well when it got close to 12, they said we could go have lunch, and we were gonna meet back up if you wanted. so i ditched :) met up with lin li cause we needed to buy our lab coats and glasses and some lab manual and workbook and i also had to buy this text book which i needed for my "reading assignment" so stupid. well i ended up with a lab coat, glasses, my textbook, and sense & sensibility by jane austen XD ( it was like only $7.95 - i couldn't not buy it!)

after all that, we all split up. i went back into the city with gracia and her friend. and we had lunch at mekong - it was like 2PM by the time we ate; i was soooo HUNGRYYYYY! sammy came to find us at mekong, cause i told her we'd be there; and she sat and watched us eat XD when we'd finished eating, i actually wanted to go to adias to see if i could find a buy for uni and stuff - like big enough for books etc. ended up going into sportsgirl, and i found this nice, BIG bag for like $60 :) so im pretty satisfied :)

tomorrow im skipping orientation for work at eyetrend- they called me and were like "can you come in anytime this week to do some stuff" so i have no idea why im actually going in, but i guess their behind on something, and need me to do it. easy work i guess, does get boring though x.x ah well - money money money
and i had no intentions of going back to melbourne uni this week; cause tomorrow well theres meant to be some lecture about your course...cbf i'd rather earn some money just cause i need it. and thursday & friday are just clubs and societies day. and i dont intend to join any clubs - apart form teh eng studnets club or w/e. apparently they host the BEST stuff :)
so i guess my "o-week" has really been dialed down to

so. stupid concerts cost me a fortune - its was like $190.70 for two tickets for kaiser chiefs. and i've just brought tickets to snow patrol: another $190.70 and we're still waiting for the killers >_> im so fckkeedddd.

got an email today, from a lecturer for my anicent egypt and mesoptamia(iunnoe how to spell it) and i ahve to read chapters 2 and 10 =.=" and considering i dont even have the textbook, that could be difficult XD gayyness. as if i have to read ahead >_> its a "reading assignment" and she expects us to do it. i hope the stupid school library has the book, cause i wasn't gonna buy it. hmm mayb i should XD but mannn stupid uni books cost a fortune. i think i calculated that if i brought ALL the prescribed texts it would have cost like $700 - chemistry alone was like $200. and my engo book was $80 (i already brought that) and calculas (i hate you calculas) is like $100+ which i havn't brought yet. iunnoe if i should. im just gonna wait till classes actually start and see what the lecturer says - cause apparently they tell you what books you ACTUALLY need - so stupid.

so had work yesturday, and like meh - it wwas like every other shift :)
butt had this creepy ass guy - i was serving him and he was creepy looking and he started asking questions like
"what are you studying?" but in like a creepy way; so like answered "engineering" and walked away to slice the bread or w/e and me and lin li would be like wtf when we were waiting. then go back. hes like "at melbourne?" im like thinking wtf wtf and look at lin li shes like :S anyways im like "yeh......" went to do w/e again, (he kept ordering) then finally finished - hes liek "what major are you doing?" im like ffs fuck off already, everyone around us (even a customer) was like hmmm wtf?! well to be polite >_> i was like "not sure yet" - ok i lied im doing chemical but he doesn't need to know "and then hes like Oh first year..." CREEPPPYYYYYYY

argh. so finally he "leaves" but he stood by the door for a bit. and i served the chick who was waiting. and even she was like "what the hell!" - she was young ok. and were just staring at him, and he kept standing there (back to us though) anyways. creepy x.x and he comes in all the time =X

ok so some person ordered sandwiches right. and if you didnt' already know - its cash only at the grainstore. so anyways. of course i end up serving him, i get the sandwiches and im like "its 55 dollars etc etc" and he goes to hand me a credit card, so im like "sorry its cash only" and his face like TOTALLY changes so. im like "theres an atm just down the road", and so replies "I dont have time, can i just take the sandwiches and pay later" ... im like "the atm is JUST DOWN THE ROAD" and hes like "you dont understand im just a rush blah blah blah, i've got people waitiing for me" w/e "ATM DOWN THE ROAD" FFS. stupid male. so then hes liek "can i just take the sandwiches and come pay later" wtf wtf. i cant decide that - dude i'd get in so much trouble. so i get anne. and hes like "i'll come back and pay" anees like "theres an atm down the road" im thinking, he could have gone and come back already with the money - instead of just arguing with us. he was getting angry - it was kinda funny, we were all just getting annoyed.
anyways. so annne ends up letting him take the sandwiches - its funny though cause he kept repeating "you dont understand, im in a rush blah blah blah" and seriously, how can it be so hard to just go to the fcken atm, and get money. ss! that we cant just give him food without paying - just a fcken retard.
funnies thing, when HIS WIFE came back to pay. she was like "sorry about my husband earlier, he wasn't in a good mood blah blah blah" and pays. and me and linli (after she leaves) just laugh, ccause even HIS WIFE knew he was being an ass - funny :)

so today: stupid home phone went off at like 9.30AM! and liek couldnt' really fall back asleep - but ended up staying in bed till liek 10.30 i think. didn't do much, until like 2. mum and me went into the city - well more like to her office. she needed to do some appraisal thing and i wanted to check out her new office. its nice - modern and "green". but i liked 101 collins moreee. fck 101 was awesome - awesome view: towards the yarra and rod laver direction, free drinks XD and everything :D and it was on the paris end of collins - harrods or w/e LV, gucci everything :)

anyways. so after she finished and everything. went to cpl - I WANT A LAPTOP already D: there was one at jbhifi that i wanted. but then i went like last week - no more laptop. i was soo annoyed. cause dad kept saying "wait wait' etc etc NOW ITS GONNEEEEE FCK! so now iunnoe what im gonna do. but yeh i still one - just dont know which one i'll get now :(

timetables and ten-pin bowling

so today our timetables came out at like 9am, i have the SHITTEST timetable ever - at least i think so. its ok i guess, except for a few days...namely wednesday - i have a lecture at 10, then a 3 hour chem practical THENN 3 lectures after that...ALL IN A ROWW - no break, no spare hour, no nothing. so not funny. i swear i will probably end up skipping lectures - the godly creation of podcasts, saves my life :)

so we went bowling today. its so differenttt XD havn't played in like so long, it was so fun :) we didn't use the gutter thing, so first ball was a GUTTTERRR BALL XD - which was me. hmmm though i did get the first spare, and wendy for first strike. betty was hilarous - as excepted :) at first she sucked, XD and missed and gutter balled it. and stuff. andd by the time me linda and wendy all got strikes, betty was getting her first spares - it was funny as.

so: jordans party saturday night, annoying hangover on sunday, did nothing yesturday, and dad came back from hospital today. anddd i'd MUCH rather him remain at the hospital; hes now back - irritated and extremely annoying, constantly calling for "service" - fckkkkkk. anyways blah, its gonna get really really annoying.

so jordan had his party on saturday nightt - epic?..hmmm. but it was awesome. got there like 8ish, and like there were NOO girls, except jess bowden when i got there =/ . hung out with stefan and them most of the night, and george, and andy - andy lol. he was funny. he was like completely off his face, funniest thing when he tried to do a kick and full spun and fell on the floor XD and thenn he was "leaning" onto the pool table and just slid onto the floor!!.
hmm what else. i was drunk.... :) hmmm 2 black cruiser (digusting btw, stick with double blacks people), um one midori premix, and one breezer. funn night. meet some people, ok alot of people and kept forgeting their names. one chick was nice - um i think her name was meredith? like from greys anatomy (thats how i remembered) and yeh. ummmm
OH OH. the big w people........... their like 10 year old! well they look young. compared to us, and some were like 16/17. and they all magically had drinks, and some smoked (hmm).

george kindly got his dad to drive us home. got home, at like 1am?, and slept. woke up at like freakn 4am, feelling SHITTT - so wanted to puke - it didn't feel nice :( coulndt' puke. took me like another 30mins/hour to get back to sleep. and when i woke up. STILL felt shit - fcken WORSTT hangover ever, i normally NEVER get hangovers (this was a first - gayyy) felt sick and tired all day =/ horrible feeling.

yesturday: dont remember doing anything - hmmmm. nope nothing. nothing worth remembering; went to have lunch, visited dad etc etc
OHHHHHHHH - went to dinner last night, at forefront eatery in the city (dont go XD). we got there at like 7.15pm, and we waited 2HOURSSSS for our meal. we were all fcken starving, whilst the table next to us got pretty much their WHOLE meal and we still didn't get ours. stupid "special" dish called the "snow dragon" or some shit. like i NEVER eat egg right. i was so freakn hungry when the "snow dragon" - which is pieces of lobster, in steamed egg white; i ate not only the lobster but the egg too XD hmm so yeh. gay gay gay. 2 hours for a stupid meal, im NEVER going their again. fck the stupid dragon shit, they said it was worth it. but common i dont care that it cost shit loads, im never waiting again.

anywayss, finally cleaned my room - man im lazy; seriously stuff from exams were still in my room =X like all these notes, and study guides in two MASSIVE piles - shitttt should have taken a photo :( ah well tooo late, its all in the recycling bin. i really REALLY hope i dont need those classics notes & practice essays in uni =/ or im gonna hit myself, cause all the essays are in the bin (kept the notes, didn't want to hit myself THAT hard)
but yeh, i think i started around 3 ish? and i finished like at 6 =/ like FULL cleaned my room, vacuumed, um windex-ed my desk top (its glass), err. removed my OLD posters from my wall - and put NEWWW ones XD twilight

april 18th here we comeeee :)

well today, woke up - relatively early cause i wanted to go have breakfast :) after breakfast went to the hospital with mum, and dropped off the portable dvd player for dad and a few dvds.

left around 12.20 to pick up linda, so we could go check out eve bar & lounge for my 18th. so pick her up, and i drive all the way into the city: along spencer all the way to eve and park at maccas :) anyways - so this chick takes us around eve, and shows us the possible rooms. i was planning to go for the gold room, but when we got there- its like really public and small :( BUTTT then she showed us the green room which was nice: bigger and more private. then she went to get some paper work or something, and me and linda found the DRAGON ROOMMM! OMFG it was soooo nice, red themed- own bar, own dj - just awesome. well of course i cant afford the freakn dragon room. so i booked the green room :D 18th birhtday party here we come!!! so excited - and we pretty much have our own private bar :) and stuff. so its gonna be awesome!

after we booked everything and stuff, went to crown had some food and yeh. dropped linda home and went home too.

thennnn, when i got home - another awesome surprise. my PARAMOREEEE cd/dvd annddd tshirt had arrivedddd. listening to it now, will watch it later. YAY! i love paramore butt, just realised they dont play miracle live :( ah well, still awesome!

wellllll - uni starts soon: gay and awesome at the same time. excited that uni is finally starting, but like bummed i dont get to stay home all day doing nothing. not that im home all day doing nothing anyways- been going to the hospital like everyday for like 6 hours on end :( but yeh: thats what happens when family is there - learn from my example children :)

so well, i've been planning my 18th for like ages...AGES! and cause april is a weird month, there are like 3 peoples birthday at the same timee(close enough): me 7th, ken 11th and george 13th (i think) so like i told ken i dibs 18th - cause the weekend following mine is easter & ken's birthday. so like yeh i reminded him yesturday - and hes full like no - im having mine 18th...!!!! so i totally panick - im not having my 18th on the SAME DAY as someone else - ew clash much. anywyas so i totaly freak and panick for like 10mins, asking him to change :D cause i dibs first!
but like after 10mins of me freaking out: he's like "im kidding", like OMFG -glares- TOTALLY NOT FUNNY AT ALL! anyways. tahts it XD i admit it: i overreacted, but :(
